Returns Policy

Shipping orders may NOT be returned.

If items never arrive due to carrier issues or product is spoiled, please contact us.

In such cases we will need proof that item never arrived or images of spoiled goods to be qualified for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of clain, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to file a claim, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the products you would like to purchased. We will respond

quickly with instructions for how to go about the issue at hand.

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to any

destination.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you

choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To

reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

* If the shipment is delayed on behalf of UPS/FedEx or because of factors beyond our control, we don't entertain refund. You will be informed within 12 hours of your shipment tracking number along with the info you can use to contact their toll free line. None of the Shipping Companies(UPS or FDX) give refund for unusual Weather condition.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS (FRIDAY-STURDAY-SUNDAY)
